Was not able to continue riding my road bike due to arthritis in my wrist and Hands. Withe my Cruzbike my handle bar grips are almost vertical and when I hit bumps my arms are moving up and down not taking the shock in my wrist and hands. I ride about 4K miles a year. I guess you could say I spend a fair amount of time on my Cruzbikes. My V20c is for group rides that are on roadways and myS40 is for riding on the bike trails around Mpls. because they tend to have more tight turns.
