Open to Test Rides
I became interested in recumbents nearly 20 years ago because I had seen a tadpole trike at an event ride. Bought a used TerraTrike. Liked it, but it was slow, so I wanted to try a two-wheeled recumbent. Spotted a review of the Cruzbike Quest on BentRider Online. It looked way more interesting than the stick-bike or long-wheelbase recumbents. Bought a Quest 451 in 2014. Once I got the hang of front-wheel drive/moving bottom bracket and wanted to go faster, I added a used Silvio 1.5. I currently own and ride a "unicorn" S30 for longer solo rides, and a Q45 for group rides and rough roads. I completed my one and only century on the S30.
