Is my phone number shared with the advocate?
No. All messages go through Stoked's relay system. The advocate only sees your first name and last initial.
Do I have to buy anything?
Absolutely not. This is zero-pressure. Ask questions, learn about the bike, and if you want to meet up for a test ride, even better. No obligation.
Can I meet an advocate to see the bike in person?
Yes! Many advocates are open to test rides or show-and-tells. You'll be asked to sign a quick waiver before any in-person meetup.
Can I talk to more than one advocate?
Yes. You can message multiple advocates on the map — helpful if you want to hear from someone who rides a different model or has a different background.
How do I stop receiving texts?
Reply STOP to any message. You can opt back in anytime by replying START.
